How quickly can you supply workers?
It depends on the role, location, and site requirements, but we move quickly. For most positions we can have compliant, site-ready workers mobilised within a matter of days. Get in touch and we'll give you a straight answer based on your specific needs.

We supply workers across civil construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, precast concrete, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, and engineering and technical roles. We have experience across Tier 1, 2 and 3 projects and are set up to support both metropolitan and regional locations.
How are your workers safety inducted?
Every worker goes through a structured pre-screening and onboarding process before they set foot on site. This covers verification of licences, qualifications and competencies, medical and functional assessments, and site-specific safety requirements. We're ISO 45001 certified, which means our safety systems are independently audited and built into everything we do.
Who handles payroll and compliance?
We do. NX Blue Recruit manages end-to-end payroll, superannuation, HR administration, and legislative compliance. You manage the work — we handle everything else.
What are your ISO certifications and what
do they mean?
We hold ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Workplace Health and Safety) certifications. In practical terms, ISO 9001 means we have documented processes and consistent service standards, and ISO 45001 means our approach to worker safety is structured, audited, and taken seriously at every level of the business.
Do you work across multiple states?
Yes. We have offices across Australia's capital cities and key project locations, with a framework specifically built to support regional and remote environments. Wherever the work is, we can support it.
What happens if a worker doesn't show up?
We have an on-call operations team available 24/7 to respond to exactly this situation. We work quickly to source a suitable replacement and keep your project moving with minimal disruption.
