Zero Harm Policy
Zero Harm is the standard we hold ourselves and our worksites to every single day. Every worker has the right to go home safe, and that means identifying hazards, assessing risks, implementing controls, and acting on every near miss, unsafe condition, or incident — every time. We require all workers to complete a Take 5 Safety Checklist before commencing work, and our systems are built on the AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018 standard, independently audited and continuously improved. If you see something on site that doesn't look right, say something.
