FAQ

How do I apply for a job?

Submit your resume through the form on our website and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch to discuss available opportunities. You can also contact us directly if you'd prefer to speak with someone straight away.

What industries do you place workers in?

We place workers across civil construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, precast concrete, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, and engineering and technical roles. We operate nationally, with a strong presence in both metropolitan and regional locations.

How quickly will I hear back?

Our recruitment team reviews applications as they come in. If we have a suitable role available, we will be in touch to discuss it with you directly. We recommend including as much detail as possible in your application — your availability, location preference, and any licences or tickets you hold — so we can move quickly if the right opportunity comes up.

How does pay work, when and how do I get paid?

All workers are paid weekly through Astute Payroll. You will receive a payslip each week and can direct any pay queries to our payroll team, who are available to resolve issues promptly.

Do I need specific tickets or licences?

It depends on the role. Many of our positions require industry-specific licences, such as forklift, crane, or machinery tickets, as well as white or blue cards for construction sites. When you apply, let us know what you hold and we will match you to roles that suit your credentials.

Do you work across multiple states?

Yes. We have offices across Australia's capital cities and key project locations, with a framework specifically built to support regional and remote environments. Wherever the work is, we can support it.

What safety induction is required?

All workers complete a structured safety induction before commencing on site. Depending on the role and client requirements, this may include site-specific inductions, online modules, and verification of relevant qualifications. We are ISO 45001 certified, and safety compliance is a non-negotiable part of our onboarding process.
